I emigrated to Paraguay in January 2018 — with a suitcase full of questions, a backpack full of optimism, and a strong desire for a fresh start. In 2019, I started a YouTube channel in German to share the kind of practical, honest information I couldn’t find when I first arrived.

As my subscriber base grew, so did the number of questions I received. That’s when I began offering one-on-one consultations via Zoom or phone. One topic kept coming up again and again: real estate.

Today, I combine my consulting services with hand-picked real estate opportunities in Paraguay — focusing on low-risk investments in and around Asunción. Since most new expats don’t speak Spanish and most local agents don’t speak English, things can get complicated fast.
