In these there was very often the question about real estate, so we can now complement this consulting offer with real estate offers in Paraguay. We are specialized in the areas of Asuncion, Luque and San Bernardino. Many new immigrants cannot speak Spanish yet and most real estate agents cannot speak English, so it is difficult to negotiate the details.
It is important for us to offer properties where you can also be correctly registered as the owner in the land register, i.e. that there is a clean land title. That is why we decided to cooperate with RE/MAX, Century21 and other professional real estate agents, because the title check is an admission criterion for their real estate database.
